An Information emergency is the result of information terrorism.  This emergency has affected every nation on the planet.  The state of emergency is tied to corruption, propaganda warfare, organized crime and missing leadership in major businesses, organizations and every form of government around the world.  There are no military protocols prepared for a rising of Providence other than those which have been established to address the current emergency. The military, however, are experts in detecting information emergencies and propaganda warfare.  Before World War II, Americans experienced some propaganda, but in the Cold War, it became an art.

The current news and information emergency carries with it both domestic and international implications which daily look to take advantage of a situation which has now lasted for more than ten years. The news and information emergency start date is 2011-2012.  It began after hundreds of world leaders from governments, businesses, organizations, and institutions and who were members of  secret societies, syndicates and mafias went missing without a trace.
